El Bot collects only what is needed to run orders: name, phone number, address and location, shop details and photos, and the content of requests and messages. We use it to send requests to nearby shops, to share contact details between a buyer and a shop after an order is confirmed, to issue receipts and to prevent abuse. We never sell data.
