حذف بياناتك

لحذف بياناتك من El Bot:

  1. أرسل الرسالة حذف بياناتي إلى رقم El Bot على واتساب، من نفس الرقم المسجل.
  2. سنؤكد استلام طلبك في المحادثة، ونحذف بياناتك خلال 30 يوماً: الاسم، والعنوان، والموقع، والصور، ومحتوى الطلبات.
  3. نحتفظ فقط بما يلزمنا القانون بالاحتفاظ به، مثل سجلات الإيصالات والمعاملات المالية للمحلات، ثم نحذفه عند انتهاء المدة القانونية.

إذا لم تعد تستخدم رقمك على واتساب، راسلنا من رقمك الجديد واذكر الرقم القديم، وسنتحقق منه قبل الحذف.

Delete your data

  1. Send the message حذف بياناتي ("delete my data") to the El Bot WhatsApp number from the number you registered with.
  2. We confirm the request in the chat and delete your data within 30 days: name, address, location, photos and request content.
  3. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as receipts and shops' financial records, and delete it when that period ends.

If you no longer use that WhatsApp number, message us from your new number and mention the old one; we will verify it before deleting.
